What we're hiring for

Payments Engineering

Backend engineers working on the routing, acquiring, and settlement layer. Experience with real-time rails, ledgering, and high-availability systems matters more than a specific tech stack.

Compliance & Risk

Analysts and leads across AML, KYC, fraud, and regulatory affairs โ€” especially those with gaming, forex, or crypto exposure in regulated markets.

Product

Product managers and designers who want to build tools merchants actually use โ€” dashboards, dispute workflows, reconciliation, settlement UIs.

Operations & Onboarding

Operators running the merchant onboarding funnel, underwriting reviews, ongoing account relationships, and incident response.

Sales & BD

Senior contributors with networks in iGaming, forex, or crypto โ€” who understand that our product sells by showing up to the conversations competitors won't have.

Security

Application security, infrastructure security, and incident response engineers working in a PCI DSS Level 1 / SOC 2 Type II environment.

Small teams, clear ownership. Most squads are 3โ€“6 people with a single clear objective and direct access to the executive team.

Written culture. We communicate in documents and long-form Slack, which keeps a distributed team coherent and lets decisions outlive the meeting.

Real accountability for outcomes. We measure what we ship, not hours in seat. Shipping matters; ceremonies don't.
